Many people will do stupid things, many people will do good things. I have done my fair share of both. Each have come back to bite me in the butt or kiss me on the cheek.
Actions have consequences, good actions have good consequences; bad actions have bad consequences. This is true in all parts of life, not just one area. Here are a few examples.
If you are kind, you will receive kindness.
If you are bitter, you will receive bitterness.
If you eat healthy food, you will be healthy.
If you eat unhealthy food, you will be unhealthy.
If you plant an Apple tree, you will get apples.
If show compassion, compassion will be shown to you.
Consequences take time. Have you ever heard of a farmer who plants his crops on Monday and harvests them the following Tuesday? No. Rather, the farmer waters his crops, fertilizes it, and plucks the weeds out. He continues to aid his crop in its growth.
One does not eat junk food for an extended period, eat an apple and proclaim their health has taken a full 180 turn.
You will get more than you give. If the farmer planted one kernel of corn and harvested one back all his work would be fore nothing. Rather, He receives 100 and 200 fold.
In time, you will receive more than you give.
Remember to always be kind and compassionate. Others screw up, but so do you. You are not perfect so you will make mistakes. Learn from them. Embrace them. Show your mistakes who is boss.
